3.  According to the use of the environment from time to time to supplement or replace the grease of the bearing (motor closed bearings do not have to replace the grease during the service life), in order to ensure that the centrifugal fan maintains good lubrication during use, the number of refueling is not less than 1000 hours / time, the closed bearing and motor bearing refueling with ZL-3 lithium-based grease filled with ZL-3 lithium-based grease 2/3 of the bearing inner and outer rings. Oil shortage operation is strictly prohibited.　

4. Precautions when using the factory:

(1) When the factory fan is stored in the open air, there should be defensive measures. 　　

(2) In the process of storage and handling, it should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage. 　　

(3) It should be stored in a dry environment to avoid moisture on the motor.

5. Maintain the capacity of the centrifugal fan power supply facilities for the factory to be sufficient, the voltage is stable, it is strictly forbidden to run without phase, and the power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be powered by temporary lines for a long time.

6. In order to ensure the use of the centrifugal fan is not allowed to be repaired during the operation of the centrifugal fan, the test run is carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon and then start the operation.
