Axial fan energy-saving renovation and exhaust design precautions
The direction in which the exhaust hood draws in air should be as similar as possible to the direction of contaminated air. Contaminated inhaled air is not allowed to pass through the human breathing area. Full consideration is given to the location and scope of the operator's activities. The hood is simple in design, low cost and easy to install and maintain. The local exhaust hood is set according to the production process and does not affect the seek operation. To avoid interference, the effects of suction flow, airflow and airflow distribution should be minimized.
The gas conveyed by the axial fan should be free of obvious dust, non-stick substances and fibrous substances; the temperature of the direct motor should not exceed 40 °C, the temperature of the belt-driven type should not exceed 60 °C, and the amount of dust transported by the gas should not exceed 150 mg/m3.
The axial fan is mainly composed of impeller, housing, motor, etc., and the bracket is connected with the housing. Among them, the impeller and shell of the anti-corrosion axial fan are made of FRP, and other types of axial fans are generally made of steel plate.

Axial fan mold is simple, the cost of opening is low, and the production and assembly process is relatively small, such as China's ceiling fan, floor fan, etc.
Conventional turbofan pressure is not generated by the central part of the fan, but by the rotation of the fan blades. Therefore, no matter how high the speed, there will be no wind under the shaft. But under the fan shaft is the heating core, which is the main heating source. This situation has caused the inherent defects of traditional axial fans: the motor is blocked, and the air flow cannot reach the central part smoothly, resulting in a "blind spot". The presence of blind spots leads to excessive temperature in the core of the radiator, which affects the overall heat dissipation effect of the radiator.
