At the same time, in order to ensure sufficient power and stable voltage, the power supply line is a dedicated line, and the temporary line should not be used for a long time. When the jet fan is running, it is found that the fan sound is abnormal, the heat is serious, the shell is charged, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. The test should be stopped immediately. Ensure that the jet fan is not allowed for maintenance during operation and use. After the repair, it should be debugged and inspected for about 5 minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality before it can start running.
In order to ensure that the jet fan is well lubricated during operation, the refueling time is not less than 1000 hours per filling. Oil-free operation of sealed bearings and motor bearings is strictly prohibited. When using a jet fan, the maintenance and cleaning of the fan should be done. The fan is cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure the normal operation of the fan. When not in use, keep it in a dry and clean place to prevent moisture damage to the fan. The jet fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture from the motor. When storing in the open air, rain protection measures should be taken. During storage and handling, avoid fan collisions so as not to damage the fan.
The jet fan has the characteristics of high efficiency, obvious energy saving effect, low noise and long supply air distance. Suitable for high-pressure ventilation in metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold, chemicals, ships, ceramics and other places. Ensure that the working environment of the jet fan is clean and tidy, the surface is clean, and there are no impurities in the inlet and outlet. Clean the fans and pipes regularly of dust and other impurities. Check the lubrication system regularly and clean the oil filter. Regularly check whether the oil is turbid, mixed with water or other contaminants, and spoiled. If the condition worsens, change the oil daily and check the tunnel fan for a normal drip. For example, remove the dirty drip and clean the adjustment screws.
