Layout Design of Ventilation Pipe of Tunnel Fan
Before installing a tunnel fan, strict and accurate measurement and design are required before it can be formally installed. Otherwise, if you install it directly, without considering other factors and conditions, it is likely that there will be many problems during the installation, especially the ventilation pipe of the fan. The key is that once the design of the ventilation pipe layout is wrong, it will lead to errors in the later installation, which will directly affect the normal discharge of the gas and cause harm to the health of the staff. So how to arrange and design the ventilation duct? Here's a set of standard designs:
1. The tunnel fan door frame material should be I16 I-beam, which is composed of three to four arches.
2. The longitudinal direction of the door frame is firmly connected by channel steel, and diagonal braces can be added if necessary.
3. C20 concrete is used for the foundation of the fan portal frame, and the size of the top surface of the foundation must ensure that the fan power distribution cabinet and the rain shelter can be installed.
4. The size of the tunnel fan foundation and the fan portal frame should be adjusted according to the tunnel conditions on site.
5. Lay Φ14 threaded steel reinforcement mesh on the top surface of the fan door frame, with a grid spacing of 15cm*15cm.
The above design plan for the layout of tunnel fan ventilation pipes can be said to be the standard finally obtained by the designers after repeated measurements, designs, and simulations, but this does not mean that all ventilation pipes must be carried out according to this plan. This is just a reference standard for all air duct installations. The actual installation still needs to be slightly modified according to the site construction conditions to make a more suitable installation design.
