Debugging and operating principle of centrifugal fan

1. When debugging the centrifugal fan, read the product manual carefully and check whether the wiring mode is consistent with the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the working voltage of the fan power supply meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the distributor component meets the requirements.

2. During debugging, there shall be no less than two persons. One shall control the power supply, and the other shall observe the operation of the fan. First check whether the rotation direction is correct; After the centrifugal fan starts running, immediately check whether the current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; In case of abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine for inspection. After running for five minutes, stop the machine to check whether there are abnormal phenomena, and then start the machine.

3. Debug the two-speed centrifugal fan. Start at low speed first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; When starting at high speed, the fan should be stopped before starting to avoid switch trip and high speed reversal damage to the motor.

4. When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, measure whether the fan input current is normal. The operating current of the centrifugal fan should not exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.

5.The motor power required by the centrifugal fan refers to the large power required when the air inlet of the fan box of the centrifugal fan is fully open under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully open for operation, the motor may be damaged. Close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan during trial operation, and gradually open the valve after operation until the required working condition is reached, and pay attention to whether the fan running current exceeds the rated current.
