      Tunnel jet fans are mainly used in the longitudinal ventilation system of subway, highway and railway tunnels. The fan is usually hung on the top or both sides of the tunnel, does not occupy the traffic area, and does not need to build another air duct; the construction cost is low, it is a very economical ventilation method, and it has a broad market prospect.

      The station ventilation system is an indispensable part of the subway system. It not only ensures the normal operation of the equipment area, the comfort of the staff and waiting passengers, but also an effective means of exhausting smoke when the station is blocked by vehicle fires. Among them, the jet fan, as an important part of the tunnel ventilation system, can provide the corresponding air volume when the tunnel is blocked, so as to ensure the air supply and cooling capacity of the vehicles in the tunnel; when a fire occurs in the tunnel train, it can provide fast and effective smoke exhaust means to ensure The corresponding fan can be started correctly for ventilation and smoke exhaust, which is convenient for providing air and smoke exhaust when passengers evacuate, and provides a basic guarantee for personnel evacuation.

 

      When our maintenance personnel perform annual maintenance on the jet fan, they need to work at high altitude, fasten the safety belt on the ladder truck, check the bolts and overall hoisting of each jet fan, and test whether the three-stage electric drive of the fan is normal and whether the wind direction is correct. Comply with the specified direction, whether the wind speed is up to the standard, whether the current and voltage of the fan are normal when it starts to run, so as to ensure that the jet fan in the interval is in a good, stable and safe state, and can respond to various emergencies in time.

      The ventilation method of the subway jet fan is generally a reversible jet fan. The fan is installed on the top or side of the tunnel, which can provide two-way ventilation to achieve two-way ventilation or smoke control; if the tunnel is long, a central air supply and exhaust shaft must be attached, and the shaft is connected to the atmosphere to form a mixed ventilation method. Full horizontal ventilation system: Air supply and exhaust ducts are set along the direction of the tunnel to collect fresh air from the wind pavilion. Exhaust gas is exhausted from the wind tower. The air supply duct is generally arranged under the road surface, and the exhaust air duct is arranged on the upper part of the driveway. The air supply and exhaust outlets are set at a certain distance between the air supply duct and the exhaust air duct, so that the air can be exhausted in time along the tunnel section under working conditions.

 

      The heavy one is borne by the motor unit. The power supply of the ceiling air conditioning unit is 380V and 50Hz. Only when the power supply meets the requirements can the motor be connected. After the power is turned on, check whether the fan rotates normally. If it is reversed, stop the machine to change the phase sequence of the power supply. The fan motor should be well grounded and provide other reliable protections such as overload, overheating and leakage.
